Start your individual tax return by filing out a attached questionnaire.  Please complete the Questionnaire and email back to us at info@mmtaxpro.  Also, please email or fax any all U.S. Tax Documents that you receive for 2019 and a copy of your driver license.

SCHEDULE A FORM, ITEMIZE DEDUCTION

Use this schedule to figure your itemize deductions.  If you itemize, you can deduct a part of your medical and dental expenses and unreimbursed employee business expenses, and amounts you paid for certain taxes, interest, contributions. and miscellaneous expenses.  You can also deduct certain casual and theft losses.

SCHEDULE C FORM, PROFIT OR LOSS FROM BUSINESS

Use this schedule to report income or loss from a business you operated or a profession  you practiced as a sole proprietor.  An activity qualifies as a business if your primary purpose for engaging in the activity is for income or profit and you are involved in the activity with continuity and regularity.
